Popup Killers?

This board works fine without pop-ups and has been running for years...

The issue here is that pop-ups are a real pain - they make themselves the top window, get in the way and take forever to download.

I pay for my phoneline connection and I don't want to read that sh!t or pay for the time it takes to download it.

In-line adverts don't bother me as most are small (download wise) and you can skip over them.

The difference is that pop-ups ram it down your throat and don't give you a choice.

I agree some sites do very anoyng Popups,
but if you have a problem - you can allways not go into this site any more, Email the Administrator or PAY the 15$

maybe when you will have to pay for T1 dedicated lines and or 35+ GB data Transfer per month you will start to see the problems webmasters are facing.
Try to read the post's in web boards for webmasters and see the other side before you Kill there sorce of incom.
