    Question cooling fans

    I want to overclock my pentium 667 using abit va6 or asus cusl2 board but my problem is the cooling fan, im using the stock cooling fan from intel. There is no good cooling fans available here in the philippines like the cooling fans you use there in the U.S. for overclocking, what can I do to have a good cooling for my CPU. And by the way, what is the maximum speed of p3 667 when overclocked that will be stable if you have good cooling?
