    Hello!
Well, my 95 machine already had this function on there, and so did my first edition 98 (when I installed it). Try again, but if its not there follow these steps
The only way I know how to do a disk copy is with a dos prompt. I don't want to make a GUI, so bear with me and just live with the annoying white-on-black box.
    This should work.

First: make a file named "adrivecopy.reg" in notepad. put the following text inside it

    REGEDIT4

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\Disk Copy]

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\Disk Copy\command]
    @="%SystemRoot%\\command\\diskcopy.com %1 %1"

    Second:Save it

Third: Run it. when you see the dialog box, click "yes" right click your a: drive then if i thought this throught correctly, it will copy the first disk, them prompt you for another. I hope this works for you!
