    Talking Drop the Hammer

    i dont know if anyone has heard of AMD's new processor being called Hammer. They are supposed to release it in November. It is supposed to clock in at 2.5 gigahurtz. Now i heard this info from a friend of mine who is pretty knowledgable about this stuff but when i went to AMD's website i couldnt find anything on it. anyone heard of it?
    Sounds to be cool too.
    AMD Athlon T-Bird 1.2 gigahurtz
    1.045 gigabytes pc 2100 DDR Ram
    2X 40 GB HDDs running in raid as 1 80 GB Ultra Scusi 160

    amd hasent released clock speeds. i read articles on toms and anandtech, both said clock speed wasnt available.
