Man it's a old reveal card from a 486...I just never saw the need to upgrade. Just won't play any sounds in win2k. Has the ! by one thing :|
Any suggestions for a driver is greatly appreciated.

I noticed a lot of people have had trouble getting their sound cards working...I don't know why, I have an SB16 in one system, and an AOpen FX3D in another, and both work fine under Win2K.
And congrats on getting your Viper card working...just keep in mind that with NT4 drivers, you have NO Direct3D support.
BTW, doesn't Win2K support the Savage4 chipset directly? Oh..that's right...the Viper2 is Savage2000...WIn2K does NOT support it. It doesn't support GeForce either.

Oh..on your sound card...check your resources for an IRQ conflict...you may be accidentally sharing it with something else.

Well I solved this problem by swaping sound cards with my parents pc. They are both pos but this one works

Then it WAS a resource-conflict. When you switched soundcards, Win2K selected the resources, rather than Win9X doing it before an upgrade...WIn2K Plug and pray is MUCH smarter than 9X's.
