[RESOLVED] UDMA 66 Drivers
Hi all,
i've got a Gigiabyte GA6BX7+ motherboard and i'm running XP Pro.
I'm getting an event ID 26 Warning in System every hour on the dot with this as the description:-
The driver has detected that device \Device\Scsi\ultra1 has old or out-of-date firmware. Reduced performance may result.
I suspect that it's my UDMA 66 drivers for the motherboard (Onboard Promise SCSI controller)...
Nothing on Gigabyte's website, and no question marks in device manager
Any ideas????

Intel Mod
It does look like only the UDMA100 and RAID drivers have been updated for XP as yet - maybe they'll get 'round to the 66 drivers soon?
Another possibility, the most recent BIOS is F5, Jun 20 2001, if yours is older, maybe try an update?
