pc shut down !
found cpu fan off. both m/b rec`s do not have
12v. power. used jumper adapter to power fan,
the fan works.swaped p/s,still no power at m/b recptial. dumb question,will bios flash
help???
pc is up and running .

Dont think flash will help , checkout power switch and swap out RAM and/or processor.If its a momentary switch , you can check it out by using a jumper , just slip it on and immediately remove it.

No. Sounds hardware related. Use a diagnostic utility to check your mobo components.

Flashing BIOS can help only in case if Your
CPU's core voltage is soft-assigned from BIOS
settings (so called CPU autodetecting BIOS).
