    Backup and Encyption Question

    I'm running a multi-boot machine (Windows Me, 2K and XP) w/ two HDDs installed. The primary drive is set to master and partitioned into thirds w/ all three OSes residing. Slave was used to store data. I bought a RAID card and now want to backup two of the three partitions on the primary drive and restore one of them using the RAID card in a RAID 0 config. Question is this: what backup software will allow me to span a backup to multiple CDRs, restore both entire partitions and individual files and can be booted to and will work in a Windows enviornment? Thanks in advanced Tech heads!
