Now is the wrong time to attack Iraq. We have no basis to do so... they haven't been implicated at all in the 9/11 attacks. I do agree with keeping up the sanctions imposed after the Gulf War... Iraq isn't living up to their agreement so the sanctions stay.... I don't wan't to hear any Iraqi person bitch about it. They didn't follow through with what was agreed at the end of the war.

Why do we need to attack them? We'll just be harming civilians who have no say in what their government does (just like us) and that will place us on the same level of terrorists.

Dubya says we should attack them because of them having biochem weapons... wake up folks, we have biochem weapons also. Hell, the FBI is tracing the Anthrax back to a US Government worker and where did he get this Anthrax... in a US Army lab. Now is the best time to stage an attack because it'll take the focus off all of the corporate scandals that W and his pal Cheney have their fingers in.

And all the dubya backers will come back with is "But Clinton got a BJ in the WhiteHouse"

I served my time in the Army and have seen combat, so you know I'd gladly die for my country but Iraq isn't invading any country this time.

The folks you should keep an eye on are the Saudis.

What we need to do is start getting our Oil from Russia and kiss the middle east goodbye.

    Just my 2 cents

    PS. I voted No

I just have one problem with Iraq. They won't let weapons inspectors come in there. Why not? Do they have something to hide? I say they do. And if they're hiding nuclear weapons, then something needs to be done about that. Either way, we're all in danger. At least if we attack we have a chance. I could take the tree-hugging attitude and say let's just stand by and see if they do anything. But the problem is,.. if they DO do anything, (hehe, I said doo doo) then it might just be too late for the planet as we know it. We're just standing by, letting them stockpile nuclear weapons. That is not something to just sit around and watch and not do anything about. However, as I do think we need to attack, I do also think Iraq is gonna be a helluva lot harder to beat than Afghanistan. So it's gonna be a messy war. What if your neighbor had bombs in his backyard, and you knew that he was a dangerous individual? Would you do anything about it? I would. I say attack, and attack NOW!

"its not if they have the weapons now, its will they use them"

...I'd rather not see those used. We need to shove our foot up their a$$ again, and this time, take him out. No more of this lovey dovey "good guys" crap, down, low, and dirty. cup check all the way.

Yes we need to attack ...

If you think there is going to be a fight, make sure there is one. Hit first, hit hard, make sure you win.

We most also move off of oil. From the reading and research I have done, Hydrogen seems to be the best bet. How wonderful would it be to someday say that oil is a nonfactor when dealing with global policy.

I say we attack and replace the Iraqi government. If Hussein is stockpiling weapons of mass destruction he won't hesitate to use them against us and our interests, because he uses chemical weapons on his own people. He's up to no good.....Kill him

Why didn't we finish the job the first time???
