Ok, back to yer problem. In the device manager, do both cards show up ok? Any conflicts or anything? Are you using the right type of cable between your XBox and the PC?

Talking With that name I've gotta try to help....

Both cards work? seperately but not together? or don't work when you plug the cable to the x-box...?

Ignore the data errors for now. Get both NICs in the 'puter & showing with no errors before you connect any cables, then try each NIC with the known working connection (i.e. to the internet) then the x-box...

'data invalid' sounds like a protocol issue...but I can't say I've ever tried connecting an x-box!!!
