K7N2G-ILSR motherboard questions

I think I will buy this mobo but I have a few questions first:

1. I read in a review that it supports RAID 0 or 1 fr both serial ata and ide drives, is this correct?

2. A review said that only 1 IDE header is for raid, how can you have RAID with only 1 connector?

3. This mobo has 2 power connectors (the normal one and a 4 pin one), is the 4 pin one required? Do I need a new PSU to use this mobo?

I found the answer to questions 1 & 2: You can only have raid with either 2 serial ATA drives or 1 serial and 1 ide.

Anyway I just looked and my PSU DOES have that 2nd 4pin plug for that motherboard!
