    Outlook won't start after install

    I have a users Win2k PC that I installed MS Office 2000. Did the install as I do for everyone and it went fine. Then I tried to run outlook to start the setup of it. It churned, started the MSIEXEC app (Please wait while Windows configures MS Office) that completes the install. Then that disappeared and nothing more happens. The task list has Outlook and the Msiexec processes running. Uninstalled, re-installed, repaired and no luck. Same problem every time. Any ideas?
