edited to add: according to spybot and adaware I have no spyware on my computer anywhere. I even deleted all my old restore points to make sure.
if the weather.exe is free - why do norton have a removal for it?
And you have yet another toolbar http://www.advancedsearchbar.com/

I've never seen that toolbar and it doesn't show up in my add remove programs...I remember when I first accidentally got it and remember removing it... I'll run a search and see if I can find out where it's hiding.
I have no idea about Norton, I don't have that program.
Sorry it took so long for me to reply. My daughter got married today! I'll have to work on these things tomorrow after church cause I'm beat right now! Thanks for the heads up though!

NOrton website has information about it. Norton is a leading AntiVirus package. You don 't have to have it, merely understand that since a leading AV company has removal instructions, it means that the program to be removed is bad.
Congratulations on your daughters wedding.

Just thought I'd update you and let you know what happened. I didn't change anything on my computer but about a month ago it apparently decided to allow me to see the pictures! (I swear it's psychotic!) Anyway, I've been enjoying viewing the graphics for about a month now!
