help in obtaining a bios upgrade

Even when I keep uninstalling and reinstalling later versions of the video card driver. I follow a few steps provided by ati.com and one of them is checkin the bios.

I have updated my video card to lastest version just 4 weeks ago but

Yes, we need a bit more information.... like what windows, have you loaded the via 4 in 1 drivers? How are you installing and uninstalling the drivers if there is nothing on the screen but the dashes?
