    Ok now that my head doesnt hurt so bad, I got most of it removed... Got processes down to 28 and CPU usage is down to 0.

    Ad Aware removed 400 spyware
    6 Viruses were also detected and removed..

    400 spyware ?
    he he , thats the only thing about Adaware and SpyBot they report tracking cookies as spyware , which in a sense they are but I wished they would just call them tracking cookies and make it easier to figure out whats there finding .

    hijack this log

    My cpu usage is up and when I open internet explorer some pages never fully load (which takes up a ton of memory) and also the memory usage is huge. Sometimes it crashes and/or loses my connection, but I have cable internet. I've already disabled many of the start-up programs, but here's my current hijack this log:
