"Obviously it is lost in the mail or your postman likes Linux. Sorry for
the delay. I will put one in the mail to the address below. Let me
know if the address is NOT correct. Thanks. Kim"

Finally! Got mine in yesterday afternoon's mail. Surprisingly, they arrived in good condition (no "gunk" problems as others have noted).

I know they were free and all, but long waits and non-reponsive customer support ("Kimberly" didn't respond to my last two e-mails) make for a rough first impression.

Guess I should just shut up and be grateful I got them at all.

Yeah I understand.... BUT this was suppose to be something that would attract customers... and not just geeks but businesses..... Sure makes me wonder what kind of help I'd get from them if I were to be a customer..... I understand they'll treat me better ( well in theory anyway ) but sure makes me think they are far from ready to get into the market.... Don't get me wrong I like SUSE linux I have it at home but this is really making me think that Novel after purchasing SUSE is in over their head.....

PM going back your way, I don't think PM's are counted for WOTPP purposes, hence this post
