Good for you!
On my first "official" IT job, I was put in place as netadmin, in charge of a crew of 3 level 1 techs.
Needless to say, the hostility was palpable from the more experienced staff.
Tip: let them know quickly that you can't make it without their help, their experience and that you're there to make their jobs easier. Worked for me.
