Warning MAJOR political thread...
Please do not become offended and please, please, pretty please NO Flaming. This topic has probably led to more fights, divorces and overall anti-harminony since it was 1st introduced many years ago.

Definately over so that the TP doesn't touch the nasty wall behind it.

You actually bother to put it on that thing?

Wash the wall and aim better.
Problem solved.

I just put it on the roll and whichever way it hangs it hangs. It's kinda like being ambidextrous I guess.

i really couldn't care less about my place, but whenever i visit someone i flip their roll over, just to watch a war break out in the household over who put the roll on the wrong freakin' side again!

Over. Allows you to grasp paper without having to first pull it away from the wall or door. You have enough space to place your hand behind the paper and gently pull towards you.
There's no panic like the panic you momentarily feel when you've got
your hand or head stuck in something

Over.... has to be over. On the six occasions in the last 17 years hubby has changed the roll he puts it under and since its in a ceramic dispenser tile thingy, you have to go fishing every damn time.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

It is too late to fix America via the Republicans or Democrats, and too early to start shooting the bastards.

When you have a two year old in the house, under is definitely better! The over method is too tempting to him to empty out the entire thing...yes this has happened more than once because My wife has always been an over person...me under. I switched them all under, and you should see how frustrated he gets. Cause it spins, but nothing rolls off...it's classic to watch...

Da Wife's stopped buying the TP. Now she just gets those "adult baby wipes" in the little plastic boxes. No wonder I'm friggin broke!

I would think what causes the divorces is if the seat is up or down.
