Outlook Express and Outlook 2000
Alright, working on a customers computer running windows 98. They want to see if its possible to transfer all the .DBX files from Outlook Express to Outlook 2000. Outlook had some issues and lost most of their address book, mail, etc. If this is possible, anyone have some ideas. Thanks. I can search and find all the .DBX files, but then do I import then, or just copy and paste?
I think the problem is either an ID10T or PEBCAK error

You have to do an import from within outlook...can't use the same files OE was using...but it will import quite easily...

Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
