Hi,
I was asked to develop a new web site,
I not working with any software and I can choose any, and like to know the best software to do the following.
Query data, in forms developed for each user,
remote admin,
secure to do transactions online,
itīs very simple, but I like to choose the right software, for the cheapest cost and the easy use.

It rather depends on what you have experience with. It also depends on the web host, what software it supports and if it allows secure transactions.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Try Macromedia Dreamweaver
Great Web page building software and I think Macromedia has some kind of security software to use for online transactions. Or you have to pay a service to secure your transactions online, try verisign
