Hi escort98, can you be a bit more specific about the meaning of this?
Does the drawer not stay closed, does the drive not recognise the discs?
If the drive doesn't register the presence of a disc, it could need cleaning, or may have a fault eg laser. Is the drive ID'd in the startup POST screen, and in Windows Device Manager?
Finally, if the drive has front panel play controls and headphone socket, can it play a music CD using these? If it can't, either the laser lens is dirty, or the drive is faulty and should be replaced.

The CD Rom Door (Drawer) works fine but the cd rom will not run when you put any type of CD's, program cd's music cd's it will not take any of them. Could it be dirty or is there anything I can do to fix these problem. when I put a CD into the Cd Rom I get a messege No Cd in Rom

Looks like these are the two possibilities.
You can try using a CD cleaning disk, but if the drive can't see the disk at all, it may only work if the problem is just a bit of fluff that can be swept off as the drive tries to read the TOC. Otherwise the drive would need to be dismantled and the laser lens cleaned manually, then disk access tried.
If cleaning doesn't bring it up, and the drive IDs OK at startup and in the Device Manager, but shows "Device is not ready" when you look for files in Explorer, then it is faulty (probably failed laser) and should be replaced.
