BIOS Problem with IBM ThinkPad A21m
I have an IBM ThinkPad A21m that automatically goes to the BIOS Setup Utility upon bootup. If I reset the system clock to 12/19/2000 it boots. Is there a BIOS flash for this board? I know very little about it, as I just got it a day ago. It is a Pentium III 800 mHz.

What about the possibility that the CMOS clock has puked? IF so, is that a tough fix? I've never "looked under the hood" of a notebook, except to swap out RAM. I just build and repair desktops. Any help would be appreciated.
