    it has been nuts here this week, and it has been dealing mainly with aholes that want their systems back in the normal turn around time. They forget that Friday everyone is off!

    Almost had a laptop getting blue screens and dumps, but he decided he would work through them and not let me work on it. Oh well

    today fixed 4 pc's ( 1 motherboard 2 powersupplies and a cpu fan) a printer (fuser assembly) Swapped the lcd on a laptop. also completed approx 25 inane calls from the field agents for password crap and the like. And it is only noon.

    i organized all our cds because somehow the sql server cd has gone awol ...

    the only one from systems that is not here this week is the boss.

    so far im going out of my mind, theres not a PC left here that is below P2 (i upgraded them all already) and all of the junkers have been disposed of.

    next week im here all alone, have no idea what im going to do.. maby make a TFT projector as featured on toms hardware here

    Got the laptop, why didn't anyone tell me we were on SP2 for Client 4.9.

    lol, ive been saying that for months in the novell forum! btw, you have to use client 4.9 SP2 on XP or things get weird (see novell forum)

    theres also a support pack for SP2

    Im going absolutely nuts!!

    Ive got people accessing Server Programs changing work objects and batch files with out telling anyone

    Ive got people changing scheduled jobs when their not supposed too

    People not being able to connect to the server...

    Missing data out of database files... which requires tracing it through three different systems...

    Managing the developement of a new application on top of all of that...
