    READ: Blackberry use "can damage thumb"

    - Sales of the L200 gadget, which can be used to email, page and phone, have boomed in recent years with celebrities such as David Beckham using them. But US and UK doctors said repetitive use could cause arthritis or harm tendons in the thumb.

    Well if some woman years ago, who started off all of this 'compensation culture', got away with suing a microwave manufacturer for not warning her not to dry her poodle in the microwave, I'd say your potential candidates are anyone from Bill Gates through to your ISP
