legal cd's
hi, I would like to know legaly in Canada am I alowed to sell windows xp home license win a copy of my unattended copy of windows xp with the computers that I sell like the recovery cd's that Dell, Hp, Compaq do. there is only freeware software that I added to my lets say recovery cd's
In other words I would give them my unatendedcd (recovery cd) with a lisence of windows xp home oem

I don't know if it's different in Canada, but here in the US that's pretty common practive, so I can only assume it's okay. I would just make sure that the CD is usable outside of your unattended install...maybe use a boot loader to give the customer the option to use your unattended or do a standard install should they decide they like that better.
