DOWNLOAD: AutoPatcher XP 5.0 March 2005

This release is based on the all-new AutoPatcher 5.0. Although it was made with Windows XP SP2 English in mind, it will load on any (English) Windows version, showing only the items which match the running environment. There are also special releases for Greek, Dutch and Portuguese (Thanks gandolas!) Windows.

And of course a lot of registry tweaks which improve speed, appearance, functionality and security!

    Things missing:

    a. Hacked files
Since I had to work on this release by myself, I decided not to include any hacked files. This means you will not find any uxtheme or tcpip fix. Of course, modules can be done for those later.

    b. Messenger Plus!
After numerous posts regarding Microsoft's Anti-Spam finding spyware in the Messenger Plus! setup file, I decided it would be better to remove Messenger Plus! from AutoPatcher XP March 2005. Sorry.

thats the only bit on my part. So people would know that this is an interim release, by one of the ppl working on AutoPatcher.

My apologies for the confus-edness, but not for confus-ed

I was just joking (by implying you were Raptor confus-ed-ly) & I thought you'd be 'well wise' to my sometimes 'far too much in character' humour by now .. seems we had a slight breakdown on the translation front is all

How well does XP Autopatcher work for most people? I tried it once and it didn't work as well as I expected... I still had to download a lot of fixes...

Its only as good as the release you have, check on the site, Aug 2005 is out, so there should be very few new patches to get after installing it.
