Hey Dan, How's everything? Nice to see you on the boards. Quick question, do you have to be a Cal. resident?
I do my freshwater fishing in MA/NH, and both states rely heavily on stocking, mostly MA. It'd be a shame to see such a valuable resource disappear.

like I told the gwn,who's to say that people don't come to cal for vacation?
