Hello! Nice to have you aboard, and on a thread that has strayed so for from the original topic as to unrecognizable. "New to the forum" was where this started!

It's the journey that's important... getting things done on the way is a side effect
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Details...
Nothing terribly exciting that’s for sure. I’ve been working in IT for the same company since 1999. When I first started a co-worker introduced me to Ars Technica & the forums there.
I’d forgotten how nice everyone is on the Windrivers forums I’ll try to come around more often.

Newly Registered but long time observer
Hello,
I'm finally after many many years registering on the forums here. I've been watching windrivers since back in the day (1999). I've observed many of the conversations and in reality I've come here to glance at the many tech related questions that get posted here in order to see if they relate to anything I don't know how to repair. I've learned to recognize and respect various names on here and to tell the truth though you all don't know me I highly regard many of your opinions as professionals / masters in the IT field. I just want to finally introduce myself and try my hand at helping others while also learning from the rest of you.
