I guess I need to improve my ESP
I moderate on a horse forum.. and I just had to share this contact that came in yesterday.. I figured not only will the mods here love it, but it seems like the type of support calls I get for work...
Basically for us, it shows up as a new thread in a moderator forum

Well that's what you get if you allow users to contact you on a form!
So are you going to answer?
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

How? They didn't give us any way to contact them.. thats the funny part!
I will have to talk to our admin about putting in "@" as a requirement in the email field.

oh now I see why you said your esp needs work... I would be tempted to put a note up for the person to read... in the best possible taste, of course
