Hanging with the Techs.
Shame I missed having a chance to say hi to the London folks. I must say tho I LOVE The english weather, at least for the past 3 days, and the place is NICE. Makes me want to go brit. :P For anyone traveling to cheltenham (sp? ya can't spell it so NYA!) stay at the cotswold Grange it ROCKS!
Now so this post can be tech in nature. Anyone heard of vapor ware? Holographic monitors? I've heard them called "flat projection" They lay the monitor flat on a desk and then the "image" is project "upwards" in three dimensions.
Murphy's Law: If it can be messed up it will get messed up.

You'd expect the GNxpert website to bristle with impressive images of the result, wouldn't you?

vapourware is something that turned to vapour and vanished before it made RC1

Hence generally, something promised that hasn't eventuated.
I got the impression SD was asking if anyone had actually seen anything of holographic monitors.

Welcome to London Shadow. Glad you like it. I love it here!
