Printer/copier Ricoh aficio550pcl6
On a novel network work, has been set up print to a Ip address on add pritner from the server. When you send a pint job to this printer it seem to sit there and says spooling this happens on win2000 and XP systems. We had the co come out and replaced the network card still same issue. We have restarted the print spooler with no luck. Reinstall printer on client side 2 trimes only7 had one to work this morning if set back up print to IP address of the printer.

Go into the printers, right-click the printer in question, choose properties. Next click the "ports" tab, then choose "configure port"
Next, check the "LPR" box about 1/2 way down the window.
