Activation
I have a client with WinXP Home Edition. Due to software he is using on the internet, his system requires XP Pro. He purchased XP pro upgrade software and asked me to install. I did the upgrade with no problem, except, when trying to activate it states there is no connection. Now the funny part is it is connected via cable conneection and I can browse the internet and network. Yet I can not get it to connect to MS activation server. Any ideas as to what the problem may be or how to correct without having to call MS? Any help greatly appreciated.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!
