Firefox no longer updating pages
This problem has just started in the last 24 hours. I can no longer get new pages on Firefox.
Pages I know have been updated are still displaying the old version.
Heres what I've tried:
Press ctrl+F5 about a million times
Updated Firefox from version 1.0 to 1.5
Clear cache and history
Scanned with Spybot S&D
Virus scan with AVG
Any ideas? Its driving me nuts.

what extensions are you using in firefox?
Have you tried running "Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)" icon in the start menu?

Does IE show the same "old" pages?
Is this on your home or work network? No proxy server in between caching pages that may have not updated as it should is there?

Cheers for the replys.
Yes IE is doing the same.
Last night before I went to bed I got this message in both browsers:
"Access Denied (license_expired)
A license has expired on the Proxy, and your request is not permitted: "The SGOS license has expired"
A new license must be obtained.
For assistance, contact your network support team."
This morning its fine again, POP3, IMAP and FTP all work ok. I'm using a home ADSL connection which I've had four about 4 months, unlimited bandwidth, running through a D-link DSL-500T router.

have you contacted the ISP about this to verify it's not something they can fix?

Thai ISP's are not very communicative.
I know a few other people that use the same provider and none of them have this problem.
