psmcia to usb, problem please help
Hi I have a Dynex pcmcia to usb 2.0 card and i have installed its driver, but whenever i plug it in my Ibm thinkpad t42, I hear an alert and a massage saying that the device is installed and ready to be used, but whatever i plug anything into the card it makes my computer freeze, I bought an external power supply for the card, and still same problem, I plug my 250Gig external driver and my computer just wont recognize it and it keeps on freezing. can anyone please help, I need to get this working. Thanks

What version of OS? Is it all up to date with service packs and patches? Is it the latest driver for the PCMCIA card? Are the drivers for your PCMCIA Card slots up to date?
