Outlook New Message Zoom
A user with Outlook 2003 is having a problem with the text in an outgoing email. He clicks on New Message and everything he types is very large. The font is set to 10. I found it was the Zoom, under the View menu set to 500%. I switched it back to 100%. That only works until Outlook is restarted, then it is back to 500%. He is running XP Pro on a Dell laptop.
I have searched for days and have come up with nothing. Anyone have any ideas?
Indeterminism. There's nothing you can do about it.

Hello,
This might be the case if the user is using Word in order to edit Emails (hidious idea if you ask me).
Main Outlook window - tools - options - mail format - uncheck both checboxes regarding word.
I will await your response and recheck this thread,
Gabriel
