Drive I/O Error
I have been having some problems with my computer. I went to MS web site and d/l their windows memory diagnostic software. The software required me to make a boot floppy, witch I did. So you are suppose to restart the computer with the boot floppy in the drive. When it starts to boot up I get a drive I/O error. If I remove the floppy it boots like it is suppose to. Anybody have any ideas. Sorry if I am not posting this to the correct area. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to WinDrivers.
Go to Major Geeks and download one of the FREE Memtest prog's there and try that.

Yep, you should boot from the diskette. An I/O error indicates either a bad drive, a bad diskette, or a corrupted file on the diskette.
