    dell optiplex 270

    Hello guys I am working on a dell optiplex 270. Its given a error message after it boots:Provision attempt to boot, failed at checkpoint. What does this mean and part do i need to replace?

    Is there any more codes or file names or any other text?
    Unless there is more detail, it will have to be a case of unplugging or disabling things one at a time.

    Can you get into the bios?

    Thats the only code. I can get into bios.im going to try stripping down everything. i was just wondering if anyone seen this code before
