    Driver Needed: Memorex Telex 3090

    Does ANYONE have a source for a Memorex Telex 3090 monitor driver?

    Desperation has set in...!


    I have a computer running Win98 hooked up to this monitor; the problem is basically that I'm only being given options to select 2 or 16 colors, whereas I need 256. Also, I can't change the resolution -- it's "stuck" at 640 x 480.

    A colleague suggested it was the video card driver, not the monitor driver...but the Device Manager tells me that the driver is up to date.

    I have no idea what to do.

    Welcome to Windrivers TheCaffeinator.

    Try running Everest download from below site and find out what your graphics is
    then post back if you need help.It is most likely your video drivers.

    Street and your colleague are right... but if you want to persue a monitor driver then this site may be able to help. The monitor is probably a clone of another make of the era... this monitor is kinda old, isn't?

    Thanks for the quick input and advice. Turns out it was a video card driver...the computer has an SiS 6326 installed which I wasn't aware of.

    I was able to find the necessary software on the web and set things right.
