tablet woes

Don't know if this is in the right section, so my apologies if not....
Ok i have a tablet pc that currently has windows xp on it( not tablet edition) can i use a program like ghost to copy over an image from another tablet to the one with xp pro? Reason is I would like to take advantage of Microsofts Power toys but alas they do not sell tablet edition seperatly...... Can it be done..?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'll move this to the laptops section... but ghost will ghost a hard drive, but are you thinking of ghosting a tablet edition to this tablet so that the effect will be to have the same licence running on two machines? If so, that is not allowed.

Your right and my apologies, Just for explanations sake... I have two tablets ones hdd died and with no recovery disk(Misplaced) I was forced to put XP Pro on it. THinking I could use it with no problem since tablet edition is built on top of xp pro, but alas can not. I appreciate your response.

So, you have two tablets, one of which no longer has the original hard drive. You obviously don't have the recovery disks for the tablet... but why not contact the tablet company and ask for a copy? After all an HDD dying is not exactly uncommon, they must be able to help you.
