    play avi file on a ipod or video mp3 player

    Hello. I have some short home videos that i want to be able to upload to my ipod. What software do i need to convert these avi files so i can upload them into my video ipod?

    This is what I use:

    Although I think it's not free. Also, iTunes might convert some of them although I think I tried that before and it didn't work out so good.
