Missing drivers..again.

Alright, I posted a similiar topic like this a long time ago for myself. But now a friend is having the same problem that I have. When he re-formatted his computer, his sound and video drivers weren't included. I got his motherboard serial #: 57Z1WH3404. That's all I can get from him right now since I won't be able to go over to his house for about a week or 2. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Tell me if you need more info.

Make and model of computer would be the best help along with which windows he is using..

Alright. Just talked to him. Make of the computer, he can't find, I dunno why, but heres the motherboard model, and model #; Asrock, P4VM800. He's using Windows XP Home Edition.
