Incomplete raid set!
si3112r.sys Driver IRQL not less or equal this is the error reported. I have already done a rebuild of the mirrored drive & the error went away for about four reboots I am able to boot to safe mode & get on the internet but when I boot in normal mode the desktop comes up for a few seconds then the error is reported. I dont think the drive on raid 1 is bad but your opinions do help. I already defragged the drive did system restore & ran Adaware!

Since Safe Mode boots the basic OS drivers, and you can boot to Safe Mode with Networking without problems, I would think that some of your other boot drivers/programs are causing your problems.
Thus, in safe Mode, change the startup lineup and slowly add one at a time until you get gerfunkled again.
Or something to that effect.

si3112r.sys is a Silicon Imagine driver file, so most likely the file is either corrupt, the wrong version for your controller, or just a bad driver. More info about your hardware (particularly) the controller would be nice.Maybe even more info about the OS on the machine. You know, sorta the basics.

If you used some punctuation it might be easier to understand what you are typing.
Raid 0 settups WILL NOT SHOW 2 DRIVES!
By its' nature, Raid 0 combines both drives as 1 and writes to both so they show as 1 drive in My Computer.
