Either #2 or #3. Essentially they are the same motherboard from different manufacturers. Those two support DDR RAM, which will give you best performance over SDR RAM and save you the expense of RDRAM.
    Hope this helps.

Go with the IWILL... I've been running two Iwill motherboards for almost two years now..and never had any problems. I don't have a good experience with MSI boards... but some people may dissagree.

Ditto here on the IWill MOBO. I have no problems with them with the exeption of one instance where an IDE UDMA 100 controller wouldnt work with it. Screwed up things so bad I had to re-install 2000.
    I dont feel tardy...

    okay..

I think you got the models wrong here..

here's MSI lin-up for Socket A according to your specs:

    KT266:

    K7T266 Pro (MS-6380) - DDR, IDE RAID
    http://www.msi.com.tw/products/mainboard/mainboard.php?model=MS-6380[/url]

    KT133A:

    K7T Turbo (MS-6330 V3.0B), SDRAM, IDE RAID

    http://www.msi.com.tw/products/mainb...=MS-6330 V3.0B

    Here's Iwill's:

    KK266 - SDRAM,IDE RAID
    http://www.iwillusa.com/products/spe...266&SupportID=

both MSI and IWill are about the same level when it comes to reliability and performance.

The only thing to avoid in MSI mobos is Revision 1.x or earlier.. but all boards revisions 2.x or higher are generally very good.

I would not take the KT266 based MSI mobo, if you want DDR go with AMD760 Chipset..

a few things to consider :

the Iwill has one ISA slot but no CNR/AMR which the MSI has.

Iwill uses AMI RAID controller while MSI uses the popular Promise controller.

The Iwill gives you a C-media audio while MSI offers only AC97 Codec..

    it's a very though call..

MSI with revision 3 (= mature mobo), CNR/AMR
or IWill with better sound and ISA slot..

you need to decide what is more important to you. since I would not use the onbaord audio or an ISA slot I would go with the MSI..
