Responding to Novell Pop Up Messages
I am a student at SDSU. It is a new semester and there are some very annoying vulture like student techs. They send consistent annoying messages to students using the labs PC's.
I see no automatic feature to respond to these messages. I am requesting information on how I can respond to these messages. I am enclosing one as an example. Thank You!

You probably cannot. Novell messaging is controlled by the novell client and it is most likely disabled on the machine you are using under your login account. Also from what I can see the message is coming from the server so they probably have novell messaging disabled completely on all workstations and IT staff is sending the message direct from the server.
I see no problem with the message that was sent, It was just reminding you of the rules and it was polite.
Now if they were sending inappropriate messages that would be different, but you as a student are using the school's computers so you have to abide by their rules and conditions under what the school considers acceptable use.
