    Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373)

Well, i have no sound at all.

When i tried to play a song today on the beggining the sound was terrible but it worked still.

Then i verified if the cable was alright and i don't know why, at the next song i tried to play...no sound.

    Any help ?

EDIT: I found out someone with some of my problems

Sound Card: Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373) (WDM)

    Windows Media Player Error Message:
“Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly.”

This is exactly what happens to me

    Much more info please:
    Make/model of computer and/or motherboard?
Is sound built-in to motherboard or add-in card?
    Windows version?

Creative made a zillion versions of this and their driver support sucks, particularly for xp. If yours is oem, driver will have to come from computer manufacturer not creative.

    I have some news:

Now my sound has some troubles. Like when i play a movie our a song it goes several times too fast. Like normal-fast-normal-normal-fast (something like that).

When it's a movie the image does the same thing that the sound.

Don't know what the hell to do
