    Resolved [RESOLVED] Creative Audigy with Windows XP

    Hi.

    I was just wondering if anyone knows where i can get STANDALONE drvers for the Audigy gamer/player card for Win XP. Ive got what is called a standalone from creative asia but it still needs the install cd which i have misplaced :-(

    Curious, but have you tried Creative's website?

    I've been using XP the Audigy Gamer setup for a while and i usually dont like using the crap CD they give with it. If you instal the minimum with the original CD like:

    -Mixer
    -Audio HQ
    -Drivers
    the rest is at your discretion...

    After use the latest drivers you can get on <a href="http://www.creative.com." target="_blank">www.creative.com.</a> Update them and you'll be just fine, well i've been and i've been ok with 2 mainboards since..
