Twigs, a number of things can change her ability to view jpgs without having to do anything.
First of all, what does she use to open emails? Is it web based or local (like outlook express). Who is her ISP? What is the domain name of her email provider - don't post the whole email address, just the bit after the @
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

But when I send the Jpegs from my home she can not open them. I send them know different way then I sent them to my office.

She uses AOL for mail. What do you use?
How are you including the jpg's, ie, attachments or embedded within the mail?

Twigs, AOL is a service provider (ISP) whereas Outlook Express is a software for handling mail.
You will pay someone for your service - who?
Try sending her an email and include a jpg using the 'insert' command instead of 'attachment'.

Yes, open the picture, right click on it and select copy. Then in outlook where you are creating a new mail, right click in the middle of the create mail window and paste.
Can she see those?
AOL can handle attachments - I wonder if she is not opening the attachments...

http://www.piglette.com/howtoopenmimfiles.html
This discusses the MIM files and suggests that the files are being sent compressed as MIME files.

I tried sending her a pic by insert /picture. She still could not open it from my home address. Is there a block setting from AOL that is not letting her open my attachment from my email address? I can send the same thing from my work emails address and she has know problem. She use to be able last month open my stuff from my home address.
Man what a hassle that I have to login to the forum everytime when I want to respond to your post.

I tried your way but I could not paste in the window. Paste was grayed out.

Like pulling teeth here:
When in Outlook Express, click Tools, Options, Send and what do you show for Mail Sending Format?
