Strange Intermitten connection issue

Hi i've having this strange problem in my office network i've an application that is sending data to another server wif a Cisco switch and load-balancer in-between
But for some reason intermittenly the receiving server cannot establish connection with the sending server but after a few try maybe 1/2 hrs or so the connection will be established again but during the disconnection period ping to the receiving server is reachable and no packet drops this only happens between these 2 server but other servers having similar setup does not encounter this issue.
any advise?

Is there a trust relationsip between the two servers? Tried the obvious things like using a different cat6 cable?

both servers are in the same domain maybe will try changing the cables
