    lost dvd drive vista

    hi all please could someone help me out in device manager my cd/dvd drive
    has a error ( windows cannot start this hardware device because,
    its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged
    code 19
    please could someone help me fix this

    compaq cq70 win vista
