Konica Minolta 2300W Status Display - Can't Change Toner
I was using my Konica Minolta 2300W in XP and recently upgraded to Vista. The printer worked just fine... until the toner needed to be replaced. I launched the "status monitor", which is the only way you can change the toner, and the option of print --> toner replace is grayed out. So, I can't access that in order to change the toner.
This seems to be the "updated" version of the status display because I just downloaded the new drivers for the printer and redid the install. I can't print any more because it says there's no toner. But I can't change the toner b/c I can't select print --> toner replace. HELP!!!!!!!
